Interactive dashboard for onsite construction Progress

MCS’ ProdMate® integrated Production Management System has also been successfully used in Construction Industries as illustrated in the following Windfarm construction application in Australia. ProdMate® can provide a highly effective and visual method to manage Construction and / or Plant Overhaul Projects providing planning, reporting and status analysis as illustrated in the following example.

GPS locations can be used when inputs are done, for example see the picture below indication progress on a specific project component at one of the locations shown on the map above. Each rev counter depicts actual against planned progress for activities at the point in time.

The master schedule for each project can be imported from the original site / project execution plan(s) to avoid unnecessary manual work. A full suite of progress reports is available for users, including drill down reports for root cause analysis. The level of drill-down detail is customized based on client requirements.
